One Child Policy

Angel, no water,

And they come at you again,
Bearing gifts,

Crimson hatred,
Clenched fists,

The plump lady,

In hip-huggers,
In a scrum with her husband,

Smoking,

Chooses to leave in the morning, is,
Uncomfortable with the adoption,

And he agrees,

Morning it is,
They do not need the child, nor

She, a new blue family.
